What are the available mode of payments?
You can pay for your order through these payment methods:

- BDO online transfer
- BPI online transfer
- Buy Now Pay Later via Billease (6 weeks installment)
For international purchases, you may pay via Paypal.
How does BillEase Buy Now Pay Later works?
The purchase will be paid in 4 bi-weekly installments via BillEase. Customers pay only 1/4 of the amount upfront and the rest in 3 bi-weekly installments interest-free!
If you don’t have a BillEase account yet, you need to apply upon checkout. 1 valid ID is required for your application. Account will be approved in less than 5 minutes!
How much is the shipping fee?
For Philippines, shipping fee is P75 for Metro Manila and P150 for Provincial Areas. We offer free shipping nationwide for a minimum spend of P2500.
For international shipping, our shipping fee varies depending on the location. You may check the flat rate shipping fee when you check out.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide!
Can you accommodate same-day delivery?
We usually need a one-day lead time to prepare your order. But if you really need to receive your order today, you may send us a message via Instagram or Facebook so we can check.
How long is the delivery time?
For Philippines, 2-3 days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial delivery addresses (excluding holidays and natural circumstances beyond one’s control). Please note that we cannot give the exact date and time of delivery since that would depend on the courier’s schedule and route.
For international shipping, shipping takes around 7 -10 days. We use DHL for deliveries.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We can accommodate size change of the same item as long as the item is returned within 7 days. Item will be inspected first for signs of usage and damages before we send out the new item. All logistic fees will be handled by the customer.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please get in touch with us so that we can exchange your item.
Face masks and accessories are not allowed for returns and exchanges for safety and hygienic purposes.
For international orders, we don’t offer returns and exchanges.
