For our customers in the Philippines, the shipping fee is P75 for Metro Manila and P150 for provincial addresses. Enjoy free standard shipping nationwide with a minimum spend of P2500. For international shipping, the fee varies by location; please refer to the flat rate shipping fee during checkout.

Yes! We use DHL for shipping international orders.

Typically, we require a one-day lead time to prepare your order. However, if you urgently need your order today, please reach out to us via Instagram or Facebook, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

For customers in the Philippines, delivery typically takes 2-3 days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for provincial addresses, barring holidays and unforeseen circumstances. Please understand that we cannot provide an exact date and time of delivery as it relies on the courier’s schedule and route.

For international shipping, expect delivery within approximately 7-10 days via DHL.

We can facilitate size changes for the same item within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Prior to sending out the new item, we’ll inspect it for any signs of usage or damage. Customers are responsible for all logistic fees associated with the exchange.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

For safety and hygiene reasons, face masks and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
